How do I know which size agility equipment is right for my dog?
We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page. Generally, equipment is categorized by the dog's height at the withers to ensure safety and proper form during training.
What is your return policy for training gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on gear that shows signs of outdoor use or wear.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Is your equipment suitable for both indoor and outdoor use?
Yes, our agility kits and training tools are designed for versatility. While they are weather-resistant, we recommend storing them indoors when not in use to extend the life of the materials.
